General Job Description:

Assists the Manager in the general administration of the Store to which he/she has been assigned. Complies with all procedures related to the operation of the Stores and appropriately handles situations that arise. Is responsible for executing actions aimed at ensuring that the Store's sales and expense budgets are met.

Essential Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Fourth year of High School. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a retail store manager. Availability to work alternating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Conditions:

Moderately physically active work that may require moving through and outside the store and standing, sitting, walking, bending, and climbing stairs. Work is generally performed in air conditioning. Work requires occasional lifting of up to thirty (30) pounds. Hand-eye coordination and visual acuity are required. Customer Service and Attention : Detecting customer expectations, assuming commitment in identifying any problem and providing the most suitable solutions to satisfy their needs.

Ability to Persuade and Sell : Ability to persevere in a matter until the objective is successfully achieved.

Managing and Developing Others: Strengthening the skills of those under your charge by carrying out activities (current and future). Serving as a mentor to subordinates and identifying and strengthening areas of weakness and strength.

Planning and Organization : Ability to effectively carry out an appropriate personal or third-party action plan in order to achieve an objective.

Problem Analysis and Resolution : Effectiveness in identifying a problem and the relevant data about it, recognizing the relevant information and possible causes of the problem. Assertively executing the actions planned for the solution.

Communication: Ability to express oneself clearly and convincingly so that the other person assumes your arguments as their own.
